Packing Hope, One Shoebox at a Time!
This past Christmas season, the Greater New Prospect Youth came together to pack shoeboxes for children in other countries through Samaritan’s Purse. Each box represented more than toys—it carried prayers, kindness, and the message of God’s love to children who may otherwise go without.
Youth Bible Study: Building with Purpose
During Youth Bible Study, our young people explored the life of Nehemiah and learned why he is remembered in the Bible for leading the rebuilding of Jerusalem’s wall through faith, prayer, leadership, and perseverance. The lesson came alive through an interactive activity where, when the music stopped, teams rushed to spell out words connected to rebuilding—reminding everyone that God calls us to work together to restore, strengthen, and build what matters most. This engaging study encouraged our youth to see how biblical lessons apply to teamwork, responsibility, and spiritual growth today.
