Meet Our Pastor & First Lady

For nearly three decades, Pastor A. L. Edwards has faithfully served as the under-shepherd of Greater New Prospect Baptist Church. A man of wisdom, humility, and unwavering faith, Pastor Edwards has dedicated his life to teaching, preaching, praying, counseling, and standing in the gap for the membership. Through his leadership, countless lives have been transformed, and the church continues to grow in faith and purpose.

By his side is First Lady Brenda J. Edwards, a woman of grace, strength, and compassion. She serves faithfully alongside her husband, offering encouragement, support, and a nurturing spirit to the church family. Together, they exemplify the love of Christ and are committed to guiding Greater New Prospect in faith, unity, and service.
